1.     The first and foremost step is to complete the educational requirements. they stipulate that you must complete the 75-hour real estate license course. This course must be approved by the Georgia Real Estate Commission.

2.     Secondly, apply for the Georgia Real Estate State exam after you complete your pre-licensing educational requirements. You can pre-plan and schedule your state exam which can be done using online platforms or via telephone or email.

3.     After you have scheduled your test, you can take the exam at any verified testing centre in Georgia. The cities of Duluth, Macon, Marietta and Savanah are usually test centre cities here.

4.     The most important step is for you to pass the real estate examination to move ahead in securing your license. The exam consists of 152 multiple-choice questions and these questions are divided into sections, covering the national and state portions with 100 questions and 52 questions, respectively.

5.     After you pass the examination, you can apply for your real estate agent license online. You must submit some documents, including a valid photo ID photograph, identification card, examination scorecard, statement and the form signed by your sponsoring broker, any criminal history report, and receipt of the submitted licence fee among other documents.
