the real estate examination to move ahead in securing your license. The exam consists of
152 multiple-choice questions and these questions are divided into sections,
covering the national and state portions with 100 questions and 52 questions,
respectively.

After you pass the examination, you can apply for your real
estate agent license online. You must submit some documents, including a valid
photo ID photograph, identification card, examination scorecard, statement and
the form signed by your sponsoring broker, any criminal history report, and
receipt of the submitted licence fee among other documents.
